Vice President, Sales at Acosta Sales & Marketing in Livermore, CA
Serve as the single point of contact for Sam's Club General Merchandising Manager, buyers, replenishment, and suppliers within assigned category; Develop and direct strategic sales plans to ensurethe client and customer objectives are met to generate revenue; Responsible for annual and ongoing planning in collaboration with Sam's Club Leadership and Merchandising for complex categories; Responsible for maintaining supplier relationships and growing the portfolio through new suppliers Analyze, identify and propose strategies for improvement based on event-related metrics; Create, manage and report of KPI's including weekly/monthly scorecard reporting Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, to include the Acosta leadership team and Sam's Club leadership team; Work closely with Sam's Club leadership to ensure execution, from the planning stage through the post-event follow-up with leadership, clients and customers; Conduct evaluations to create development plans for the management team. The plan should include goals, training opportunities and coaching strategies to ensure career development for team members; Maintain current understanding of key Sam's Club initiatives and trends on an ongoing basis; Other miscellaneous duties as designed. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
