The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
