Responsibilities:
As the sales manager, you'll be lead and manage inside sales, outside sales, and customer service.
Create sales plans and strategies that will help the company to achieve growth plans.
Create forecasts for management and production.
Maintain and expand sales within existing customer base, and prospecting new business opportunities.
Partner closely with customers to provide a comprehensive product portfolio.
Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and the company's objectives.
Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internally and externally.
Partner with internal service organization and factory divisions to ensure alignment between customer needs and production output to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience as a sales manager.
Working knowledge of Epicor P21 is a plus.
Demonstrated record of new business growth.
Ability to lead/manage sales, inside sales, and customer service.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, negotiations, and organizational skills.
