is currently accepting applications for a full time well qualified Flooring Installation Admin in the Flooring Division in Livermore; CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES Send out reminder notice to installers for the Customer Service work schedule for the day.
Check emails.
Collect work orders from PMs and check them to make sure the billing and diagram are correct.
Make sure all the work orders were in the correct date.
Take calls from PMs and sometimes installers.
Collect sign offs and send them to CSR Rep.
Send work orders that are billables ones to the Accounts Payable Department.
Get all the work orders ready for the following day.
Send the work orders and schedule for the following day.
QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team.
Must be highly self motivated and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Construction background is a PLUS! This is a Full-time Hourly position.
A full-time Administrator is eligible for a benefits package on the first of the following month after 60 days of full-time employment.
