- Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Record and analyze inspection data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document any non-conforming products or materials.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality control documentation.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and record data.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
