Experience should be in general construction for public works and private commercial projects.
Duties can include everything from estimating and assisting with preconstruction services to project management from notice to proceed to close out.
Must be fluent with Microsoft, excel, word and project.
Must be trainable in estimating, project management and scheduling software as well.
Will work directly with project engineer and assist with the submittal process as well as generate RFI's as needed throughout the project.
Creating and maintaining accurate project schedules is a must.
The project manager will be responsible for meeting with architects, engineers, owners representatives and field supervisors as well as building inspectors and other city officials.
Must be able to verbally represent the company in a respectful and professional manner while always keeping the company's best interest in mind at all times.
Project manager will be responsible for negotiating and the tracking of change orders with the owners representative as well as subcontractors and field supervisors.
Project manager will be responsible for creating and analyzing daily reports as well as creating and maintaining Work In Progress reports from a projects start to finish.
