The Store Manager is responsible for all activities in their assigned store.
These include but are not limited to the achievement of all financial goals (daily, weekly, monthly, sales goals and comps), effective merchandise presentation, the flow of donated goods, the development of assigned staff and program participants and superior customer service standards while maintain Goodwill's mission and core values.

Work with the District Manager in creating and approving all staff scheduling, adhering to established goals and financial targets as directed.
Conduct coaching and training of staff in an appropriate manner in the direction of corporate staff, District Manager, Retail Director, and Human Resources department when necessary.
Participate in corporate and district training seminars as required.
Address customer service complaints and problems in an effective and expeditious manner.
Resolve conflict at store level to avoid unnecessary escalation of customer issues.
Provide superior customer service.
Promote safety in the workplace.
Inventory and Stock Management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to The Company:
College Degree or Equivalent management experience (preferred) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and merchandise skills 5 years Retail experience Proficient in Math and/or Accounting Able to read and write English proficiently.
Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
Familiar with cash registers and demonstrate a working knowledge of POS systems and terminals.
Will travel to different Goodwill SF stores within Alameda County Available to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
