We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Event Assistant to join our Pleasanton-based family.
As the Entry Level Event Assistant, you will assist the Executive Fundraising team with all community-based outreach and fundraising initiatives.
The Entry Level Event Assistant will be responsible for executing face-to-face fundraising events and participating in informative conversations with community members about how their donation will help provide life-changing programs for the local community.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with organizing and tracking each event, from implementation through to completion Effectively engaging with potential donors on behalf of our charity partners Effectively tracking donations to ensure fundraising goals are met, state compliance requirements are followed, and ensuring donor security Manage inventory on an as-needed basis Participate in continued education and training opportunities that are provided Entry Level Event Assistant
Qualifications:
No experience is required Must be able to commute to our office and travel locally to events Must be able to work full-time hours (including some evenings and weekends) Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be comfortable speaking in front of large and small groups Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Job Type:
