Daily Responsibilities and Expectations of a Business Manager Trainee:
Learn all relevant information on our non-profit partners, their outreach programs and initiatives Research the targeted markets and territories for efficiency Interact with our clients' potential donor base to increase community awareness Become an expert fundraiser and promoter Track and report all donations in a timely manner Learn our training techniques by shadowing senior management and train our new team members effectively Skills Needed for Success as a Business Manager Trainee:
