Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Training Developer for a 6-month Federal Project located in Livermore, CA.

Responsible for creating and updating a number of web and paper-based training and documentation resources.
Assist the Lead in identifying the impacts of the new system.
Develop web-based and instructor-led course materials, user guides, job aids, online help pages, and release notes in order to reflect changes resulting from new system release enhancements or frequent user questions.
Content development and assist the team with tracking training and certification, assisting with training logistics, and will help the team collaborate with related project teams to incorporate feedback and communicate helpful product training recommendations.
