High Level Tumbling Recreational Class Gymnastics Coach
WestCoast Training Center WestCoast Training Center Livermore, CA Livermore, CA Part-time Part-time $20 - $40 an hour $20 - $40 an hour We are looking for energetic new staff interested in coaching high level tumbling in our recreational gymnastic classes in one of the best Acrobatic Gymnastics facilities in the United States.
WestCoast Training Center is an acrobatic gymnastics gym that also teaches recreational floor gymnastics and has an additional preschool room upstairs for our little ones.
Our competitive acrobatic gymnastics team competes both nationally and internationally and we have multiple World Champions! Our success means our recreational program is growing fast and we have so many students on our waitlists wanting to take classes.

@westcoasttc We specifically are looking for experienced coaches that are excited to teach medium to high level tumbling in our recreational classes along with team tumbling as well.
Additionally, we are looking for training for our staff who are also ready learn to teach higher level tumbling and spotting.
This specific coaching position we have available is for experienced coaches and already have experience in the industry along with spotting tumbling skills.
We are also looking for beginning level recreational class coaches in a separate job listing.
Base payrate is between $16-$32 per hour depending on experience.
During the training period, our pay rate is between minimum wage-$18 depending on experience.
Training period lasts 3-6 weeks depending on experience and how many days a week you work.
Additional Info:
- We offer a flexible schedule, Monday thru Saturday, part-time 8-18 hours per week.
Once your schedule is set, we don't change it weekly so you can rely on a consistent schedule.
- On weekdays, shift hours are mainly in afternoon with a 3:
30pm start time for about 4 hours (teaching 3 classes), and we have Saturday morning classes starting at 9am till 11:
30am (teaching 2 classes).
- Once leading your own classes, we have hourly bonus incentives to maintain a full class.
- Private Coaching sessions also become available earning coaches $40-$90 per hour.
- Adult & Open Gym is free for all staff including the gym being available for your own personal training (as the schedule allows it).
- We offer work hours when we host other events such as Open Gym, Kids Night Out and Camps.
Leads (once trained) earn a bonus for these events! Position Requirements/
Qualifications:
- Very energetic - Great communication skills including being able to communicate with customers, especially before and after classes - Experience working with children - Must have background in tumbling.
Gymnastics and cheer is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to demonstrate (at appropriate level), correct, and coach recreational gymnastics.
- Ability to work weekday evenings consistently along with Saturday mornings.
