Overview Lead and supervise a team of CNC maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for CNC machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machine tools, including Fanuc, Haas, and Siemens controls.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with CNC equipment and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Stay current with advancements in CNC technology and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve machine performance.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
Provide technical support and assistance to production staff in operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery, particularly those controlled by Fanuc, Haas, and Siemens systems.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems used in CNC equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience implementing predictive maintenance strategies and condition monitoring techniques.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED required or associate degree or certification in CNC machining, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.
Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $96,000-$163,000 hourly.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
