Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of professionals including project managers, estimators, and administrative staff.
Develop strategies to expand business and achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the regional market.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations including project management and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
Uphold commitment to exceptional service and quality for clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
MBA preferred, with focus on Business Administration, Management, or related field.

years experience in branch or operations management, ideally in construction or roofing.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
