June 25, 2018 DESCRIPTION:
The MRB Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Quality Department and working cross functionally to assist with administrative tasks such as compiling data and communicating results, generating reports, managing Excel spreadsheets, creating appropriate documentation, document control and performing additional tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Compile quality (internal and customer) information and communicate results to management.
Generate reports from internal databases, distribute reports to various users and/or summarize the data in spreadsheets for management.
Be the voice of Quality in regards to the hold/rework/stock check process.
Performs inspections as needed.
Attend weekly MRB meetings and document results.
Participates in projects aimed at improving quality assurance practices and improved quality objectives.
Provide suggested update to Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions when changes are needed or to improve the understanding of the document or process.
Creates procedures where needed.
Identifies opportunities for improvement, potential performance metrics and actions to be taken if metric is not improving.
Maintains a system to document and track all customer complaints.
Issues corrective actions for both internal and customer complaints and assigns to appropriate department or personnel.
Creates and maintains metric on closure time and follows up to verify effectiveness.
Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices Perform additional related duties as assigned EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma 0-2 years experience as an MRB Coordinator Excellent verbal and communication skills Must be able to adapt to frequently changing priorities Morning shift.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
