The House Manager must have at least one year of working experience in a residential facility or related experience.
The House Manager must maintain a valid California driver's license.
The House Manager must have knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision, appropriate to the consumers.
Recruit, employ, and train qualified staff, and terminate the employment of staff that performs unsatisfactory.
Provide or ensure the provision of services to the consumers with appropriate regard for consumers' physical and mental wellbeing and needs, including those services identified in the consumer's preadmission appraisal.
Make sure that all consumers are treated fairly and served with utmost respect and courtesy by employees and guests.
Protect consumers' rights and ensure that their privacy is not violated.
