The marketing/proposal assistant will be responsible for assisting in the development and production of proposals and statements of qualifications.
This position requires strong organizational skills, writing and proofreading abilities (technical writing experience a plus), coordination with different teams and outside partners, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
Experience:
0 to 4 years of experience (preferably in the A/E/C industry).
Essential Functions:
Work closely with and as directed by BD and Marketing Managers Monitor websites and publications and distribute RFPs for a go/no-go decision.
Coordinate with project managers and management for technical scope and fees for proposals/pursuits.
Assist in preparing responsive, high-quality proposals and qualifications packages using programs.
Coordinate with internal staff and external teaming partners (subconsultants/subcontractors) to provide materials requested in RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Qualifications).
Customize/update staff resumes, project descriptions, firm capability summaries, and other requested proposal materials.
Produce proposal and SOQ hardcopies (print, assemble, and bind).
Create and maintain a library of marketing files including but not limited to staff resumes, project descriptions, project photos, technical narratives, and other pertinent proposal/BD/Marketing information.
Assist with administrative tasks - word processing, document preparation.
Expected Hours of Work:
Generally Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm An Affirmative Action Participant EOE.
