DUTIES:
Have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with an electronic health record (E.
H.
R.
).
Customer Service skillsHave experience scheduling appointmentsChecking patients in for the appointmentsChecking patients outVerification of PHI/PIIOther Medical Record Clerk duties:
scanning, copying, printingReview records to make sure the folder doesn't have misfiling.
Scan the documents utilizing a high-capacity scanner.
Save the scanned documents in SharePoint.
Review the scanned file to make sure everything was scanned properly.
Would like, but not necessary, add Meta Data to the saved records.
Required Certifications:
Medical Assistant DiplomaMinimum
