Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.
Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
Previous experience may be required.
Job Description:
Enrollment Services is responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process.
They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active.
Will be trained on the specific enrollment process, but having some previous benefit or enrollment experience is a plus.
Must have:
Previous Customer service Experience, Will be Working over and on the Phone- Someone who can learn quickly and retain information.
Good phone etiquette and ability to multi task.
High Attention to Detail and good attendance is requiredAbout the Company:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
