ACES, LLC is looking for an experienced technical recruiter consultant to become part of our team! We strive to make sure that our team member s experience with ACES is both rewarding and enjoyable. The right candidate will have experience sourcing and screening highly technical talent in a fast paced environment. This includes searching for and finding consultants online and in person at job fairs or other networking events. You will be working with a wide range of team members including sales managers, hiring managers, and fellow recruiters to source the best talent from all across the country.
Mandatory Requirements:
5
years of experience managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, soliciting feedback, communicating status to candidates.
4
years of experience using an online Applicant Tracking System
5
years of experience working with Sales Managers or Clients to understand requirements and source the appropriate candidates.
5
years of experience conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews and attending networking events when appropriate.
5
years of experience communicating with applicants and passive job seekers through email, phone, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Social Media sites.
5
years of experience drafting and posting well-written job openings to job boards.
5
years of experience recruiting Full-Time Employees, Independent Contractors, or Contractors working on a Corp to Corp Basis.
5
years of experience negotiating rates and salaries with consultants to meet goals and objectives
Must have a successful track record for placing candidates.
Must have a deep understanding of IT terms and technology.
Must be detail oriented
Qualifications:
Experience working with remote or international teams.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Q Street, Sacramento, CA or Bay Area
Salary: Negotiable
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
