The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle and acts as a brand ambassador for the client.
They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.
Their candidates have positive experiences, receive feedback on the status of their applications and feel that they are accessible.
The Recruiter is driven to learn and does not fear challenges.
Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Finding Candidates:
Builds and deploys effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
Sources candidates via local community outreach and networking.
This is key to success in this role.
Sources candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.
Generates targeted lists of passive candidates using member subscriptions and technologies.
Solicits and pursues referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
An exceptional Recruiter is customer-centric, with strong understanding of the industry within their client team.
Additionally, the Recruiter:
Superior customer service, communications skills and attention to detail in all interactions with candidates and colleagues.
Has the ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing work environmentAble to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to utilize appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with internal/ external customers, business partners, and colleagues.
Solid track record of setting high standards of performance; assuming responsibility and accountability for success.
Can create and maintain an appropriate social media presence.
Employs technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
Adheres to documentation and processes for compliance.
Has the ability to assess candidates using a variety of methods and tools.
Demonstrates a consultative approach with candidates and hiring leads.
Deep web sourcing techniques.
Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence and persuade.
Professional and Educational Requirements:
The Recruiter based in the San Francisco area will have 3+ years' experience in recruiting.
Experience in entry-level sales recruitment a plus.
Proven success recruiting candidates through grassroots efforts:
job fairs, community outreach, networking, colleges/universities, local organizations, etc.
A Bachelor's Degree is required, however exceptional experience will be considered.
Additionally, this dynamic individual must have exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
