This is not a DevOps or IT support role ” it's a builder role. You'll lead the technical development of our internal tools, connect fragmented systems, and partner with production, sales, and operations to create scalable software that drives real outcomes in the physical world.

What You'll Own
Architect, build, and refactor ERP-related tools and backend services
Streamline internal workflows for order management, production, and delivery
Connect and extend systems like Odoo via API integration and custom modules
Build simple front-end dashboards (React or similar) for internal users
Collaborate with production, sales, and operations to identify automation opportunities
Mentor junior developers (in-house or offshore) and lead small projects
