JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Brand Manager, the Marketing Assistant is based at our Livermore, CA location who will be a member of the Innovation team, responsible for supporting the Corporate Brands business unit, executing brand packaging and programs and providing administrative support for the day-to-day needs of the Corporate Brands team. This person will have a strong grounding in CPG Marketing best practices, and successful results track record building alcoholic beverage and/or CPG brands.

Strong results orientation and project management skills, excelling at juggling a wide range of administrative and marketing support projects to meet project goals and timelines
Able to manage a wide range of administrative and marketing support projects.
Key point person for packaging and point of sales materials development and management, including but not limited to creative, sourcing, pricing, fulfillment coordination; in lock step with the broader Innovation team.
Strong cross-functional contributor and team player.Liaison for marketing team with purchasing, winemaking, designers, sales, other departments and vendors to ensure proper communication and execution of brand packaging and programs.
Monitor budgets and process invoices.
Maintain corporate brands websites.Ensure copy and content is up-to-date.
Creates sales presentations.
Analyzes, tracks brand data and performance.
Conveys a sense of urgency, and drives issues to closure
Problem solves without a road map and holds oneself accountable for achieving high levels of performance and responsiveness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; operates equally effectively in formal and informal settings and internally and externally

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1-2 years prior experience, in marketing, sales, advertising or promotions preferred
Prior knowledge and/or experience with wine, spirits or consumer packaged goods preferred
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite and InDesign preferred
Some prior P&L responsibility
Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with internal and external customers of the company

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
