Saturday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Sunday. Management reserves the right to adjust schedules based on facility needs. The incumbent of this position will be maintaining aseptic conditions throughout all areas of the hospital, clinics, administrative areas, and support all areas belonging to the healthcare system. Incumbent is responsible for performing all housekeeping duties/tasks to clean, sanitize and disinfect all areas or any areas within the healthcare system. The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Clean areas such as patient and exam rooms, offices, corridors, and stairways. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, refinished, and polishes floors, using sweeping tools, mops, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and buffers. Remove soiled and contaminated linen from work areas to soiled linen chutes or room. Maintain housekeeping closet in a clean and orderly fashion, ensuring that the appropriate type and quantity of supplies are in stock. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/30/2020. Your background must demonstrate experience in performing housekeeping duties/tasks to clean, sanitize and disinfect a variety of areas.
Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on your resume. Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Federal Wage System Qualification Standards. SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT:
Your qualifications will first be evaluated against the prescribed screen out element, which usually appears as question 1 in the on-line questionnaire. Those applicants who appear to possess at least the minimal acceptable qualification requirement are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and are eliminated. A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Work tasks require continuous walking, standing, stooping, lifting, reaching, and bending. Continuous physical effort is often needed for the manual tasks. Must be physically able to operate power equipment for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry, or move object weighing up to 40 pounds, and occasionally objects weighing more than 50 pounds. The duties require considerable dexterity, hand, foot, and eye coordination, and concentration. When collecting trash, incumbent must follow specific safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment including face shields, safety goggles, protective clothing, glove, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
