Powell Sonare SF7000 Sterling Silver Intermediate/Step-Up Flute. Sterling Silver Headjoint, body, and footjoint, silver plated keys. Verne Q. Powell Boston Signature headjoint, Open hole, offset G, B foot joint, pointed key arms, drawn tone holes, pinned mechanism, A = 442. Serial number: S070684. Headjoint hand-cut/made in Boston, MA, USA. Body/Foot made in Taiwan. The flute is in great playing condition, and all components are in working order. There is minor tarnishing underneath keys, minor cosmetic scratches, and one minuscule dent on the head joint above the lip plate (none of which affect playability or sound quality). Comes with a sturdy ProTec case. I bought this flute in December 2014 and played it daily until June 2018. I played it in every setting including middle and high school bands, the Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra, California All-state bands, the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra, and on many recital and competition stages.
